Please refer to the following for all competitions administered by Go Tweed Valley.

1. The competition will be organised and administered by Go Tweed Valley (the “Organisers”).

2. The competition is not open to Go Tweed Valley employees.

3. Entries must be received by the time given in the Facebook post, Instagram post or blog post.

4. Incomplete or late entries cannot be accepted.

5. Only one entry and prize per person.

6. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.

7. There are no cash alternatives to our prizes. Entrants outside of the UK will be asked to cover the cost of postage.

8. Winners will be drawn at random from all of the correct entries where a question is asked. If there is no correct answer, the winner will be chosen at random or by a panel. This will be clearly stated in the competition criteria of entry.

9. Entries must not contain anything which is calculated to bring the Organisers into disrepute, nor attempt to damage the reputation of others.

10. By entering the competition, entrants warrant that they have legal capacity to enter the competition and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

11. Where possible, winners will be notified by email or direct message no later than 5 days after the competition deadline. 

12. Prizes not claimed within a fortnight of notification will be redrawn and awarded to new winners.

13. The Organisers will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition unless you sign up to further communications from the Organisers as part of the competition process.
